St. Patrick’s Day might often be associated with a little too much drinking, but if you want to keep your (adults-only) party nice and chill, some cannabis-infused desserts using luxury chocolate might be just the thing for you instead.

Cool Mint Grasshopper Mocha Mocktail – 1 Serving
Start with 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk, stirring it together with ¼ cup of heavy cream, half a teaspoon of mint extract, and half a drop of green food coloring (optional). Melt one of Dreamland’s luxury chocolate bars (Cool Mint recommended) until you have about 1 tablespoon worth, this is about equivalent to one Dreamland Chocolates dose or one square. Spoon the melted chocolate into an 8-ounce glass, then pour the milk mixture over it. Pour half a cup of strong coffee into the mixture slowly, and top it off with a dollop of whipped cream. In the end, you should have a multi-layered green treat to sip on.
Cool Mint Brownies with Cool Mint Bar – 16 Servings
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Take an 8×8 pan, line it with parchment paper, and grease it with cooking spray. Take a box of brownie mix and follow the instructions, pouring into the pan. Break up our cannabis-infused chocolate Cool Mint bar (10 doses of 10mg of THC) and make an even layer over the batter. Save a few chocolate shavings of the Cool Mint bar for decoration. Bake for about 40 minutes, then let cool.
In the meantime, make the frosting by beating half a stick of butter, adding 3 cups powdered sugar, ½ teaspoon mint extract, 3 tablespoons of milk, and 6 drops of green food coloring, beat until smooth. When the brownies are ready, spread the frosting over them, and top off by sprinkling the set-aside chocolate shavings of the Cool Mint Bar. Then cut into 16 servings to share with of age friends.
Cool Mint Cookies with Cool Mint Bar – 38 Cookies
For some truly luxury edibles, whisk 3 cups of all-purpose flour, half a teaspoon of baking soda, and half a teaspoon of kosher salt in a bowl while preheating your oven to 375 degrees. In a larger bowl, beat 2 melted sticks of butter, one cup of packed brown sugar, and half a cup of granulated sugar together. When the mix is smooth and light, add one egg, then another, beating well throughout. Keep beating as you add a teaspoon of pure vanilla extract.
Rough chop up a bar of our Cool Mint chocolate until you have roughly a cup full. If you have any leftover, break it up even further into chocolate chips, mixing with regular chocolate chips in another cup. Add the ingredients of the first bowl into the larger bowl, gradually mixing in more and stirring, then start folding in the Cool Mint pieces and chocolate chips.
Use a cookie scoop to make balls out of the dough, placing on baking sheets with a couple of inches between them, then flatten, sprinkling some chocolate chips over the top. Bake for around 11 eleven minutes, let them cool, then enjoy responsibly.
